Pregnancy Yoga


Venue: St.John's Hall, St.John's Lye, Woking,GU21 7SQ

Time: Tuesdays 7.15pm - 8.30 pm


Gentle movement to aid relaxation including a variety of breathing
techniques to assist to expand lung capacity and meditation to help
release tension, fears and anxiety at all stages of pregnancy.
Review of postures to help open hips for easy labour as well as pelvic
floor exercises and arm positions to teach your body to understand pain
and manage it with the body's natural pain relief hormones.

We aim to offer an environment of peer support and practical advice to
help make your 9 month journey that little bit easier.

Ladies are welcome from 12 weeks gestation onwards.

Classes are based on Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

We will include breath, mantra (Sanskrit group of words), exercises, postures and meditation to strengthen your CORE, open your HEART and clear your HEAD.
