Adult Kundalini Yoga classes in Woking (child friendly).

We teach Kundalini Yoga classes weekly at different venues:

With all the lastest technology and comfortable living, we as humans came away from the nature and it's cycles. In isolation, but in very cosy homes with hot water and food easily available, we "consume content" to fill the gap of connection between our soul and our creator. Times are mentally really challenging nowadays. It is no longer a question whether one goes for some kind of therapy/lightwork or not, the question is how often. 

 

We can wash our bodies, cleanse our gut, clean our dwellings, but do we take time and make effort at cleaning our mental garbage? Or do we even know how to, let alone aware of it...


One of the methods that is also a Sacred Science is a regular Kundalini Yoga practice. It comprised of physical workout, mental cleanse (mantra) and soul re-connection. This practice helps me greatly as it doesn't take a lot of time and works straight away.

 

You don't have to have specific body shape or be flexible to start a class or have special lycra clothes, just be you and be comfortable.

 

There are elderly, who practice it (my mum is 65) and even people, who are terminally ill or dying...

 

I have participated in many Kundalini Yoga classes with other participants who were missing fingers and other body parts, I have seen pregnant women taking part in regular class setting. I also took intense teacher trainings whilst pregnant and then with my infant. I still bring my young children to an occasional classes that I teach.
I've seen people of different races taking part and Kundalini yoga is taught in so many different countries, continents, yet the content is always the same.

 

So it really is open and available to all, yet not for everyone of course.
