A dynamic environment to build a bond with your child and other parents in a calming and understanding atmosphere whilst benefiting from the physical and mental effects of Yoga.

Pregnancy Yoga in Woking

Gentle movement to aid relaxation including a variety of breathing

techniques to assist to expand lung capacity and meditation to help

release tension, fears and anxiety at all stages of pregnancy.

Red Tent 

A Red Tent is a monthly meeting place where women come together for mutual support. It is somewhere you can take time out from commitments to family & work and a space where women are empowered to share stories, experiences & skills with women of all ages & backgrounds.

Aquarian Sadhana in Woking

Sat Naam,
We hold Aquarian Sadhana on Saturdays 6am-8.30am.
It consists of 30min recitation of sacred text "JapJi Sahib", followed by Kundalini Yoga kriya and concluded with an hour of mantras.

Booking is required.

We can wash our bodies, cleanse our gut, clean our dwellings, but do we take time and make effort at cleaning our mental garbage? Or do we even know how to, let alone aware of it...

One of the methods that is also a Sacred Science is a regular Kundalini Yoga practice. It comprised of physical workout, mental cleanse (mantra) and soul re-connection. This practice helps me greatly as it doesn't take a lot of time and works straight away.


You don't have to have specific body shape or be flexible to start a class or have special lycra clothes, just be you and be comfortable.

We teach Kundalini Yoga classes in central Woking and St.John's, Surrey.
